1975 Mongoose Motomag

One of a handful of 1975 Mongoose Motomags....and even more rare since it is painted as opposed to be nickel plated.

This is an orange 1975 Mongoose Motomag.  Ashtabula fork and stem using Schwinn headset and bottom bracket.  Also using Schwinn Diamond forged crank and sprocket.  Schwinn rubber pedals and orange Hunt Wilde grips along with chrome Schwinn Stingray Jr. bars.  Beautifully restored raw Motomag 1's wrapped in 20x2.125 Carlisle Aggressor MX up front and 20x1.75 Goodyear Studded tire in the rear with a Bendix coaster brake and HKK Smoker chain.  Mid 70's Kashima racer seat and Schwinn seat clamp.  Finished off with BMX Products reproduction decals.

Re: 1975 Mongoose Motomag

Thanks a bunch for the props!  I love the orange as well!  This is possibly my 2nd favorite next to my red 76 big_smile

You are correct cruesixx69....my wife has been fighting cancer for 5 years and just started a new round of chemo.  School started back for her today....she's a teacher.  Still praying for total healing!
