Love the bikes guys! I also really like the pergrine Q bars on that Quamen...mebbe i should try those out on my new ride. I always liked the Q bars smile

I posted this in the catchall on its own, but thought i'd post it here as well since it fits into the theme smile

I been riding 26mm offset stem and zero offset forks for most of the time ive been riding in recent years. I've tried minimal offset forks but went back to the zeros.

I can not sit still. I have been tested for A.D.D. and A.D.H.D. and have neither. I don't need coffee, I just need a B.M.X. or surfboard to consistently ride and I'll be happy. smile

Yes, there are alot of flat chicks that live here on land.

I would categorize them in the IBTC. Itty, Bitty, Titty, Committee

Did you buy the AJ's with brake mounts ?? If so you'll have to make custom brake pads because the AJ forks are extremely narrow. Its not a big deal and there one of the nicest forks you can buy right now you'll love them.

Re: For Those That Want To Talk About NEW SCHOOL FLATLAND !!!

yeah man, I love the new geo of the Quamen (compared to my mid-school flat'n bikes) but I am NOT a fan of the low rise, 25" reach bars, I still love me some old school Q bars, 28" by 8".
and that St. MArtin is BAAAAAAAAAAD A$$$$$$$$$$$! I love it man!!!!!

Re: For Those That Want To Talk About NEW SCHOOL FLATLAND !!!

Think I might wanna stay with 40mm stem and regular offset forks(whatever odyssey freestyles are) since my riding is gonna be more street oriented and will see street like my regular pegless bike would. Minus stair sets and gaps.

Yea i did...i actually got them a couple of days ago but one of the dropouts was bent. the wheel sat WAY crooked. So Pat at Flatlandfuel is sending me new ones. They are definately narrow! I didnt think about the brake pads!...didnt get that far before i noticed the drops were bent  hmm

These are my newest  flat builds I ride the 2013 St Martin TEN and my wife rides 2013 Standard Custom "Super D" I had built. Both are amazing riders. It's very cool to see people representing Quamen I'm a huge collector of Quamen for almost ten years now. Quamens are excellent bikes. Great idea for a thread big_smile

Re: For Those That Want To Talk About NEW SCHOOL FLATLAND !!!

Quamen had a sweet top load out but then it disappeared.

Anybody got info on American made and not limited run, Flatland parts. I already got the intrikat goodies. Want some other brands too.

Also. Pedals.  I see KHe has those Mcs or whatever copies. Are they worth it? I've never had a problem with solid color twisted pcs. And they don't make my feet hurt. I like wide body, strong spindle, plastic pedals.

Do you think the zero  offset stems made for minis could take the abuse?

No. Plus most are 1" thread less. And have weight limits anyways.

There are a couple sweet stems out their but not enough for flat. If be all over the enduro if it came in raw/polished

What about the Madera top load in 36mm? Same reach as the Enduro and it comes in a nickel/polished. I just picked one up for my Colony
