1993 Terrier

Just got this bike it has Powerlight Bars, Brand-X  Neck, TNT Hubs, Sun Minstral Rims, Titanium Seat Post, TNT Seat Clamp,Tioga comp III Tires, Hutch Round Peddles With Crupi Cages.......No Brakes Yet........And Oh Yeah Its TITANIUM.  And it weighs 15 lbs. the cranks are CQP

I might be getting one from a friend, does it have a serial # on it ? I only know a little bit of the company, small handbuilt from B.C. and ti. If you have any info I'd be thankful.
