I'm sorry to say this project has been parted out 
Starting thinning out my collection. There are just a few items that remain to be sold from this one.
As for the tires, I got em off ebay very good bin price. The seller also had a team stem at the time but I passed on it since I alreay had one coming in the mail. Tires are nos never installed. One is a little dirty. Will try the soft scrub with bleach method before I sell them.
