I know some of you long time bmx guys will remember when I posted my score of this pro star on here the morning after I picked it up. The thread ended up getting nasty and had to be locked. There was a big debate about if I bought it just to flip it and take advantage of the seller. Well, we are coming up on the three year anniversary of having it in my care and it is still my favorite ride. If I didn't have the bmx museum to keep me excited about the hobby I would have missed out on all the fun. just wanted to say thanks to all the cool people here that make it a blast.

i remember that thread,there are some jealous people,beautiful bike,awesome that youve kept it,the pro star is still my holiest of all my holy grails

I remember the thread. It turned into waaaay too much drama, as alot of Hutch threads do unfortunately.

That is a 1983 model judging by the downtube decal. I'm sure there are alot fewer of those than the 1984 versions.

Here are a few pics of the night I got it home. I took the wheels off getting ready to clean it up and thought, "maybe I should take some pictures of this before I clean it up" glad I did, it kind of gives some proof that it is a factory built machine and not made up from pieces.

I have added a og padset, grips that don't have the ends blown out, and a hutch number plate. I will take some fresh pics and add them to this thread later this evening. Thanks for all the comments and pm's from everyone.
