I think there is a gate at the top of the stairs...I will look at it closer when it warms up a bit...too franking windy today for my skinny ass

My very good friend Caleb Rucker would do it! Check this vid on him on vitalbmx. He is the local rail king around my hood. He has more vids out there if you like real bmx riding check him out.
