Probably a stupid question but where do I get a New KOS? I went to Mongoose website and they show a black and a white Sig series but no chrome. I have always wanted a kos but have never found one I could afford. I could justify it for a new ready to ride bike tho.

It looks like maybe they were not released in the USA? There's one raw one for sale locally here on CL.

I actually did see that one. But I want traditional chrome or White Sig! So HoT!

Yeah f*ck Pacific Cycles, they are cashing in on the vintage scene. Yet they won't release it in the US because they don't sell as well. Pure greed, they don't give a rip about the heritage of Mongoose. Otherwise they would realize it all started right here in the US. All they care about is $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

I have had one. Good bike I just like the retro styling of the Kos. I'm gonna find someone to get me a white sig!

I would be willing to do some camping for one! Sadly, yes they are overseas only, says so on the Mongoose site

So there is a raw one, brand new on SFCL....and that isn't good enough?? Buy it, paint it white. Done. OR, you could import a chrome or white one from AUS and pay waaaay more than that. Choices, choices.

I know where there are two Kos, there owned by the same guy and one is NOS still hanging in the back of a bike shop...The other needs Kos bars to be perfect!

Just not a fan of the "Raw" But I am all about factory finishes so yeah, Painting it isn't an option. I'm just picky that way.

I have one coming today in about 30mins (But Im not really a goose guy, but wanted to check it out as its not your everyday goose), I will take it to the Post offfice tomorrow and see what the sting on shipping would be to get them across to you guys. Im happy to try and help peeps get them to the US if yall like

At the cost of the bike and the parts you want to swap on it (if youre me, theres several) you might be better off with an OG.

I like the white one but most new bikes like this leave me with buyers remorse.

See you guys have it over us in the US. At least you can go to the dealer and put it in your hands. That makes the decision to pay the premium or not much easier

Pm sent. Remember: The limited run bikes in 2012 in the US had 3 piece cranks. The ones across the pond appear to have a low cost 1 piece.
