look like lesters to me too .
wanted : 76 or 77 DG frame or frame ORIGINAL blue paint . not chrome . .araya , femco , or other 20 x 2.125 heavy gauge spoke wheels in chrome singles or pairs ,. double clamp stem clamps or maybe a whole stem. cebe or mongoose gold stem style. but not necessarily those brands . beat up condition fine/preferred .carlisle aggressor 2.125 tire in ok to nos shape .lmk what ya got .
I had a handle on life ...... but it broke ...

The reflector tab sure makes it look Lester, but, I don't know which model. Pulled this from ref section - not a match on it, but, shows how the reflector mount is a match.

Lester hub:
Not identical but pretty close. I know they had some different styles of hubs. The outer portion of all the hubs seem to be similar with five radial segments and an outer ring.
This style has ears on the hub (owner of photo unknown):

OP is from UK. Maybe overseas product only, but similar to US sales version? (like seen in many cases with frames etc.)
