there is a guy on ebay trying to pass one off as a haro but what you have there is a marin bmx bike. they were a mtb company that built a few frames for bmx racing
if you listen to a mod you might get a neutral
looking for

Cool frame never seen that one . nice landing gear forks . As someone mentioned may be Marin but could also be Powerlite
I collect/hoard/fix/buy/sell BMX bikes , vintage road bikes , cruisers , mtb , bikes in general ....
Also do the same with old school chevys and classic cars/trucks

I say Marin also. Nice find! Some cool parts on there, stamped Haro kneesavers and Landing Gear fork
Cranks look interesting, any idea what they are?

never saw a marin with a wishbone rearend and that "h" shaped gusset in the main triangle]
