1992 Standard Lengthy

This is the 1st Waterford frame ever built prototype #001

This frame was delivered to Standard in December of 1992 and would become the 1993 model once in production for retail sales. After Gardner Standard turned to Waterford Cycles to build thier frames, this frame is the 1st Prototype Waterford frame ever built #001. All of the parts on this frame are prototype firsts, the bars are the very first set of Strip bars, the forks are prototype with a Suntour roller cam brake set up complete and working with Standard Si engraved brake cam, the seatpost is a prototype knurled 1" post. This is also probably one of the earliest examples of a raw finished bmx set up.

Re: 1992 Standard Lengthy

Seriously cool!  I'd love to get my hands on any Waterford frames, much less a Standard.  That is a killer piece of history that you have.

Cool, a new bike.  Wait a minute.......where am I going to hide this one.  She's going to catch me...

I was thinking the same. Wow another cool one for the collection.

If I didn't freestyle yesterday, I wouldn't be freestyling today.
