Dyno Shoes?!?

These have been lying on the floor in the back of a bike shop, untouched, for the last 20+ years.  I had to have them.  Too bad they're 2 sizes too small for my feet....

This is NOT a "for sale" thread.  I will hang 'em on a F&F combo for the time being.

Re: Dyno Shoes?!?

Not looking to sell.  I just hand't seen these before and wanted to post them for others to see and or add some info to. They'll look killer with a survivor display.

Re: Dyno Shoes?!?

I was co-sponsored by Dyno in the mid 80s. Those came out when Dyno was blowing up (1986-87), and when Dyno was still a top name brand. They were pimping everything from bike frames to riding gear. Dyno sneaks were a lot like Vans, but with the Dyno name. Do a search on eBay. You'll see some of the styles they had. I had a couple pairs back in 86. Shoulda kept 'em...

Will trade my SOUL (or just a bunch of cash) for a chrome Skyway TA XL...

What size?

No offense but I suck at negotiating, so rule of thumb: When dealing with me just assume the price is firm unless I say "OBO".

Re: Dyno Shoes?!?

I saw a pair in a local vintage store here in Cleveland like 2 years ago . They were Hi-top , almost like Vision Street Wear with Dyno logos all over them , pretty cool but a size too small otherwise I would be wearing them . cool

Very cool
Is the tread on them like Vans diamond pattern?

Where the music stinks, and they water the drinks, at the nudie bar.
Where the girlies dance in their underpants, at the nudie bar.
Where you see their butt, and their trap stays shut, at the nudie bar.
Where you can’t touch a breast, but you can cave in a chest, at the nudie bar.
Where you look at a thigh, and blacken an eye, at the nudie bar.
Where a buck’s enough to see their stuff, at the nudie bar.
Where the breasts may be fake but man do they shake, at the nudie bar.
Where you swear like a sailor, and wish you could nail her, at the nudie bar.

Re: Dyno Shoes?!?

Didn't vision try to make a comeback a few years ago? I bought a pair from Marshall's or TJ Max and they were selling them at Sears too. Probably aimed at the failed skater re-trend. Anyway it's a Dyno thread so my favorites were the "Fish" shoes, even though they didn't seem to last as long as Vans. And after a few days of hard riding, they even smelled a bit fishy:D
