Haro Score for Dad!!!
Ok, I introduced myself to the museum last week and posted some photos of the Dyno pits that I built up for my son and daughter. By the time I finished my daughter's bike I realized that the addiction had set in 
Nothing left to do except build riders for myself and my wife. To my good fortune I come across a local CL ad for a "Haro Bmx" and priced less than a frame. I look at the single photo ad and and immediately email the person as he didn't listed a phone number. I proceed to email him 6 times in a day and a half leaving him 2 phone numbers and 2 email addresses. He calls me 2 days later and tells me that of the first 6 people he has called back, I am the only person to answer their phone 
I met up with him and it turns out he was the original owner and he had only replaced the tires and the pedals at some point. Bike has OG paint and decals, and oh yeah... the blue font dominator! Not only did the bike have the original bike shop sticker on it, but it is the same shop in St. louis that I bought my bike from back in '85. I have disassembled it, degreased everything, polished it up, and gave it fresh tires, pedals, and grips 
I am so stoked about having this mostly original bike as my rider. I hope you all like it!

very nice, it cleaned up nice. Im planning on building a haro freestyle bike sometime in the next year or so. Ive always liked the old haros. Great job on it.

Thanks Guys! It's my first score and it happened to be a survivor The smoked finish on the cranks is a bit worn but I wanted to keep it as stock as I could. I thought the decals were toast but it turns out that the clear layer on top of the decals was the only thing bubbled and dirty, so I heated them up and peeled them off. OG Wheels are perfectly straight without any rash and I really like the Odyssey Frequency G's because of the old school looks and they can handle a higher psi.
