1985 RL 20 II Tomato red prototype color,Chip from C4 give me the idea on how to Build it just like the RL Osborn Dia-Compe magazine ad.I Purchased this from the original owner in 2010, 
wanted black 20x1.75 panaracer freestyle tires,,black peregrine HP 20x1.75 freestyle tires..and a dated lavander Dia-compe brake cable..

It is an original forklifter plate.. complete survivor except new chrome on the bars..
