Early 80's BMX 24 *Score* with original box
This is a pre serial number CW TFL 22 inch top tube frame with Original chrome that has been polished i a while back i think. It looks like it was built up how it is in the late 80's or early 90's judging the parts used.It has Araya 7x hoops laced with high flange Crupi hubs,GT pro series stem,Takagi Chromo cranks 24tpi with the Ultralite bmx plastic cup bottom bracket.
Cinelli Volare Swade seat,he said was og to the bike+CW Cruiser bars.
The og box is cool and has models listed on the side, plus i got the Warranty card, this is a pretty early frame built in Brea Ca.Not sure what brand number plate but he said it was original to the bike bitd.

This is a way cool score! I like that the frame TT only has a slight angle to it.
Peace!

Jeez Jeff, awesome. ![]()
I can not sit still. I have been tested for A.D.D. and A.D.H.D. and have neither. I don't need coffee, I just need a B.M.X. or surfboard to consistently ride and I'll be happy.

Great find. The TFL's ride nice. The TFM's, not so nice IMO. TFL's are definitely better suited for an adult rider.
Sweet cranks ! Those the ones w/ the 1/2" pedal boss?

They should just pop out with a tap - use wood or an old alloy post - the cups are plastic and should slide out pretty easy (but they also damage easy, so be gentle)

I was asking about your CW 3pc crank. Don't those have the 1/2" pedal boss?
