Looking for Kuwahara and E.T. Bike collectors who want to bring their bikes and display them at an upcoming special event to be hosted at The Bicycle Source in Anaheim.
The event will be to celebrate the return of Kuwahara to the U.S. market and the 30 year anniversary of the E.T. bike. We are still confirming event details but KuwaharaUSA will have their new bikes and products along with the special edition E.T. bike which will be available for purchase at the event. We will also be screening the movie and will have original stunt double in attendance including Bob Haro and Ceppie Maes.
The event date is Saturday February 16th 2013 from 1pm to 6pm

P.S. The swap meet will be on the same day.

This is going to be an epic event!

Yes, I have already contacted howie, however he is not able to travel so he will not be attending the event.

By the way, not bragging but I built up all the bikes used in the filming of the movie. I worked with Howie and Robert Cardoza on the project.

Very Nice Jaan. Here's my Bob Haro replica build...built in 2007 and signed by Bob at the Rockford Gathering that year.

We should get together replicas of all the 5 different bikes used in the movie. Here is a shot of them:

Obviously, there are thousands of Elliot replicas, and now there are two "Tyler" replicas. (Tyler was the character that Bob Haro stunt-doubled for.) We need some of you guys with KZ bikes to step up and get a paint job like some of the other bikes in the movie! I have bunch of information in my photobucket about the bikes in the ET movie. I found this in the bmx plus issue from 1982. I thought I would share it here as it fits in perfect to this thread.

I will definitely be going to the event as well.
