here is my dads cbl pretty much all og. has the cbl forks and stem and cbl number plate with cindy crawford. this was a one off build with some special tubing made for chris fox. his name is stamped in one of the drops.

here are a couple of diff gamblers. when charles and doug went there own ways doug nelson came out with the gambler line. which still used some parts fro the cbl lineup.

here is my gambler pro xl frame and fork and cbl stem. i have yet to see another one like it.

no they werentmade by specialized they are talking about another part.  i cant remember who welded them up. i was told at one time. but im thinking the name was greg essor or something like that. and the story of how they got there name was they were sleeping in some cardboard boxes at a weekend race cause they didnt have the funds to get a hotel. and the next day chris moller said hey its the cardboard lords and the name just stuck
