My dream machine
Skyway goodness! Not necessarily era correct, just how I dreamed it up based on my impressions and likes from the past. Best way to put it is if Skyway had a dedicated cruiser class team back in the day, this is how I would have designed the team bikes.
Frame/Fork/Cruiser Bar: Skyway (thanks Planet BMX!)
Grips: AME Grips (Pork Chop)
Brakes: Dia-Compe 988 cantilever MX2 lever, Flexie V brake noodle (Pork Chop)
Headset: ACS Cross-Fire (Planet BMX)
Headset Lock: Bullseye (Planet BMX)
Stem: DK XL stem
Saddle: Viscount Aero
Seatpost: Kalloy 25.4
Seatpost clamp: Profile
Bottom Bracket: Redline Euro
Cranks: Redline Flights 180
Chainring: Pork Chop 41t with spider and Precision chainring bolts
Freewheel: Shimano 16t (Planet BMX)
Pedals: Hutch Beartraps
Tensioners: Bullseye II chain tensioners (Planet BMX)
Tires: Repop Comp III's (Pork Chop)
Wheels: Skyway Tuffs Graphite (Planet BMX)
Chain: KMC Z chain
Pads: Skyway (Planet BMX)
Numberplate: Forty Four 16 Design
