I would be up for either on Saturday. Sunday's are no good. If the BBQ falls on Saturday then I would be down to help out again with food. Either way, make sure to update the Facebook page also since I will be butt deep into my roadster project at that time so I won't be on the forums.

As long as nothing else work related is going on I'm up for anything. Having the BBQ on Sat. works better for me, just cause of the drive back home. But doesn't matter one way or the other.

I like the Saturday BBQ and Sunday ride too. Last year was a blast and I can't believe anyone would be able to complain about anything. No one could have done a better job. The bike games are going to be really cool!

I also vote for BBQ on Saturday and Ride on Sunday. You can count on me for food donation/help. I know i am a broken record with this, but maybe reconsider moving the BBQ to FDR? much nicer picnic/bbq atmosphere IMO. G I know you mentioned the permit thing, but I would just show up like every other 'family bbq' that happens down there without a permit. even if you wanted to get one, dont mention anything about bikes, this is just a friendly gathering. Also april 27 and may 11th are phillies road games so the park would not be as crowded those weekends.

I like a lot of what your saying^^ I only spent a few minutes at last years BBQ but I didn't feel like it was a place that I could take my bike out of the truck and ride around. so I left the bike in my truck and walked through briefly. At the Sept Philly ride I got to the parking lot and immediately took my bike out and rode around the parking lot for the 2 hours and than went home before the big ride.
Whats the price of the permit for the park? Maybe a few donations could get that taken care of? What about the Columbus BLVD Parking lot?
No matter where it si I'll be there with a few entrys and a smile so thanks!
