80's GT Performer

Came across somebody selling this.  Performer or Pro Performer?  Anybody?  And how does one tell the difference without markings/decals, etc...?

Thanks

Re: 80's GT Performer

I wanna say it's a vertigo.  Either a vertigo, or a regular performer.  I am saying 88/89, based on how far below the platform the TT is.

Everything I own is for sale.  Pm any interest.

Re: 80's GT Performer

Well, this is how that ugly Vertigo frame turned out.  Fresh glossy black powder coat, OGK GT Performer Mags, GT tires, a splash of gold anodized hardware, no name sprocket - handlebars - seat - forks, custom Edward Jones Decals, it also has yellow/black checkered brake cables on it as well.

Built this bike up for the little lady for the ration of s*** she gives me for "playing with my bikes".  She is a financial advisor for Edward Jones and her jaw dropped when I presented this to her.  The guys at work seem to think it's pretty cool.  She has no idea what to do with it.  Gonna be hard riding that bad boy in heels!  big_smile
