Storing or displaying wheels? My solution...........

Wheels have always been a challenge to display or even store for me.  They slide around or get stacked up.  Anyway, I have recently been working on making pieces to display most parts for a bmx collection (haters are gonna love this)

Anyway, here is my latest idea.

Nice plexi work.  Have you ever made a bike stand out of it?  Seeing the wheel display made me think that would be a cool way to display a show bike.

Re: Storing or displaying wheels? My solution...........

Thanks everyone.

I will post more photos of the other pieces soon.  Frame holder, seatpost holders, etc.

Yes, I might be selling them too if anyone is interested.  Not my intention to plug selling these though.   Just sharing ideas.  Anyone could get something like these made with some creativity.

Re: Storing or displaying wheels? My solution...........

Very cool. sweet fork collection, some classics there. Do you do your own plexi work? I have done some research and it isnt that hard to work with. I had a few quotes on some small projects also for another hobby, fairly inexpensive.
