24' Performer Build
Here is the build thread to my 24" Performer. Originally purchased the frame to restore. After i saw pictures of the Knight Ind Proformer I fell in love with the idea of a 24" performer. I kept wondering how they were stretching them or so i thought by the time i realized they are built that way i had already chopped mine up so only one way to go. Forward!!! It didn't hit me to take pics till i started piecing it together on the next one i will fully document it

Looks good, Nice job
when it comes time to die,be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death,so when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way, sing your death song and die like a hero going home. chief aupumut mohican 1725

Re: 24' Performer Build
This is very impressive. I wish I had the skill set to do something like this. Plus, the way you finished it off---color scheme, etc....just came out great. So when are you gonna build the next one? Also, I think it would be cool if you had a whole stable of custom 24's.
Please let me know if I owe you feedback. Seriously, PM me with a reminder.

Looks great ........... I have been thinking about doing the same thing, only with a Dyno. From looking at the pics your skills are much better than mine, I would have to pay someone else to do the work if I wanted to actually ride it.![]()
Always looking for Schwinn Freeform and Dyno stuff, and I would love to put together a Dinky for my youngest before he is to old.

I have a custom 24" 1985 Haro Master in My Bikes, but my ride BITD was an '84 Performer (still have it
). I would love to add a 24" Performer to my stable.....I wish I had the tools and skills to do one my self.![]()

Don't underestimate yourself bro you can do it. I was going to do a Dyno but I'm not allowed to touch it. It's the wife's bike.

For while we were still weak, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly. For one will scarcely die for a righteous person--though perhaps for a good person one would dare even to die-- but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
