2000 Powerlite XL

This 4130 XL Frame/Fork was a frame only version of the P51 Mustang complete bike



Powerlite XL (Frame only option of P51):
The frame uses 100% 4130 Cr-Mo, True Tempered butted tubing, with tapered seat and chainstays, 3-D Hex Dropouts with adjustable axle stops, integrated seat clamp, 27.0mm seatpost.

This XL Frame/Fork was a frame only version of the P51 Mustang.
Top Tube Length: 20.75 according to TT of P51 in 2001 catalog.
Head Angle: 74'
Seat Angle: 72'
The wheels are custom built using Mavic XX rims and the XIXIX hubs. The XIXIX hubs were only laced to XY rims from Mavic and the hubs were never technically sold by themselves, but I found a pair that made it to market!
This is my first Powerlite, and first 4130 race frame, and it is awesome experience to ride: its stiff when you need it to be, and slightly forgiving on the rough tracks!
