1982 Quicksilver 26

This is an Australian made 26" Quicksilver. One very rare bike as I know of only 2 others to have survived. I have restored it to ride.

Only that they made Quicksilvers in Australia and had a factory team back in the day. A leading local maufaturer that produced 20,24 & 26" BMX bikes.

nice find! Any 26" forks will do the job. If you ever want to sell I'm keen, as I sold mine and miss it!

Re: 1982 Quicksilver 26

Very very carefully
try penetrating oil over a few days
tap on the outside of the seat post tube with a rubber mallet
while trying to twist it free with a pipe wrench
Just don't get impatient its a great frame
take your time its better to screw up the post rather than the frame!

Looking for =
Boss freestyle bars
Haro Master Pads White /Blue
Webco forks
