2009 Redline Flight Pro 24

Couldn't pass on the opportunity.

I've wanted a Redline BMX racing bike since I was a kid but never had the money or the opportunity to buy one. Wouldn't have guessed that I would pick one up at 30 years old but that's the way it turned out. I bought this bike off of Craigslist for $250 (it wasn't necessarily the right time for it but I just couldn't pass it up for the price and knew I would be kicking myself down the road if I didn't go for it) and then put some road tires on it as I will mainly be using it to take my dogs for bike rides (slight travesty considering the racing quality of this bike, I know, but I guess that's the way it goes). Again perhaps a travesty but I'm going to put a softer, more comfortable seat on the bike because I do a lot of seated riding with the pups and the racing seat kills my cheeks. The previous owner swore that the forks were original but, so far, I haven't seen any other 2009 Flight Pros with black forks so perhaps somebody can fill me in.. ? Aside from changing the tires, I threw the red and white dice on there for kicks. I'm really happy to finally have a lightweight Redline of my own and will put a lot of miles on it but not any of the racing type (sorry!).
