GT Superlace coaster brake hubs....
Anyone ever use a GT Superlace coaster hub?
How do they hold up?
Are they heavy?
Are the internal parts similar to a Shimano, or Bendix, or....?
I'm curious about these hubs...

Yeah, I've seen them pull some coin.
I just want to know if they're expensive because they're rare/collectable or because they actually work really well/hold up to abuse.
Also, knowing if they share internal parts with another more common coaster hub will tell me if replacement parts are readily available.

I should be listing mine soon. Just haven't found time to organize and take pics. It is heavy.

Re: GT Superlace coaster brake hubs....
I've heard people say both Bendix and Nankai internals.
The non-drive side just doesn't look like Bendix parts to me, but they do have a strong resemblance to Nankai.

Re: GT Superlace coaster brake hubs....
I've peeked inside mine when I attempted to add an ACS freescoaster to it. From what I could make out it was Nankai internals.
As for the weight, it doubles up as a boat anchor... About 1.1kg or 2.4 lb with freecoaster, I can weigh it tonight if you want the exact weight without the freecoaster.
