These two bikes have been on my local CL forever.
They are posted every few weeks, and I read them every time I see them, just for the laugh. They kill me.

Then there's this one;
For sale is an authentic 1997 DYNO Slammer made in the USA by GT Bicycles (When GT was GT!). This bike is constructed of 100% TIG welded 4130 cromoly steel and the fork has reinforced tubing with Pacman dropouts (preventing axle and/or dropout bends or fractures) making this a truly heavy duty bike. The condition of the chrome is absolutely incredible and is still very shiny although there are very minimal imperfections to the chrome such as yellowing/discoloration in the commonly rust inhibited areas but it's relatively free of rust overall. The DYNO Slammer decals are in really nice condition with minor nicks here and there but all are complete. This DYNO features a 1 1/8" ORYG Detangler Braking System, ideal for spinning the handlebars during tricks, and is paired with Hombre U-brake Calipers in the front and rear for great stopping power. The springs in the u-brakes are new as well as the front brake cable. This bike will stop on the dime! Finally we have an amazing wheelset, consisting of Weinmann 2125 double wall rims and high flange GT Mohawk hubs with sealed mechanisms. I have always taken good care of my bike and the condition will speak for itself. Below is a list of parts that make up this bike.

In this case the u-brake springs were replaced, a new front cable was added and rear brake cable, new steering column ring bearings, DYNO tires, among a few other misc parts.
