Help identifying a 12" BMX

Can anyone help me identify this bike?  This was the bike I learned to ride on way back in the day.  I just took this picture when I was at my parents' house over Thanksgiving.

There are no markings on it anywhere.  It has cottered cranks and an adjustable euro bb.  Everything else is chrome (possibly chromoly?)

I don't build carpet queens, and I could care less about NOS.

My bikes have personality and character - marks and memories from lives of abuse and neglect.

I celebrate CHRISTMAS, I do not celebrate "The Holidays"

Also, Terry Fox is one of the greatest humans of all time. He just happens to be Canadian :-)

Norco, eh?  What makes you say that?
