Growing up/working in the mid 80's I worked at the LB.  We sold the rebadged/modified version of this bike as Puch complete.  Some differences were no middle bar and a Puch stamped top/down/head tube gusset. There were also a small # of 24" crusiers based on the "Vanishing Point/Tri Power" Thurster design. My coworker and I each had a 24". Now we were only smart enough to hang on to those bikes . . . lol  lol
