I'm going to second or third Panda or at least made by Bills(one of two owners) factory. They could have made a quickie Taiwan version of the Boss made 26" frame. 26" frames didn't last long so there could have been just one container made.

it almost looks as if the dropouts were welded to frame upside down.
i'm sick of people lowballing and changing their mind after the details of item were given then asking for money off or refund . now all items are sold as is no returns ask all questions before dibbing .
