what do ya do when you suspect dude that sold you something is in jail for a undetermined amount of time?

I think the same person sold me someitems as well. I'm gonna file a claim and leave a neutral fb in about five to ten days. I've sent a few Pm's and no responses.

Dude's in a bad place, unless it is a major purchase why not take a personal hit and let him make it right.
If it isn't a major purchase i will reimburse you on faith as some of my most trusted friends have taken time out's.

I don't have a problem with that. He has great fb but I feel he should not have labeled his sells as "need money for XYZ." If he was unsure he would be able to follow through. I'm a bike collector not a bail bondsman. Any ideas on how long he's in for?

Tough call open a case get your $ back. Then just move on. I wouldnt leave feed.back he didnt try to burn you guys it seems. But thats just my opinion

His sales said "need money for court" he knew he had to ship items that got paid for by other members. I'm not planning to leave negative fb, that being said, I feel he used me and the other members as payday lenders or bail bondsmen. That's not ok. He has great feedback, like 400+ so that speaks numbers. I'm not sure what he's going to jail for but I doubt it's for anything positive. Best of luck to him. I will just ride this one out.

Maybe contact a family member and see if he can have them ship the parts.

Now if he knew he didn't have time to ship that's BS. Kinda payday loaned you then. That's different than what I thought. As I reconsider... I would say some kinda feedback should be posted. I would be kinda pissed if my money was tied up for some dudes problems.

That sucks, goin to Jail bites bad. Hope he gets out soon, poor guy. If it's any consolation, I'm sure someones punishing him in some way, that place sucks, shoot, the green eggs are almost punishment enough, lol. Hope you get your stuff back tho

I'm not gonna put the dude on blast, not my style. If you have a deal with him you know him. He has not technically done me wrong yet. He still has a few days. It's a small amount and he has a great track record. Ill give him a chance. If anyone knows how long he is in for please let me know.

Does this person have any items for sale now with his PP listed? If so....I believe someone should drop his name so that others know "he might not be in a position to ship for a minute"

He is probably an outstanding member.....and will ship eventually....but you have no clue how long he is in for.
Why put someone else through the hassle?

If he has nothing posted for sale....you can keep his name to yourself and work out matters as you see fit.

+1 I've made my call. He could get out in a day or two and we run his name through the mud. I'm not gonna do it. Not saying he is getting out in a day or a year, but I've decided to wait it out.
