And so the drought ends... Haro Sport
I was falling into drought, had not found anything for awhile. I was sitting there Saturday morning thinking my luck had run out. Thats when finally heard back from a guy who told me he had an "old Haro." I thought for sure he had flaked out on me, but low and behold I get a message from him saying he has the bike if I want it. He is about 30 minutes north of me and I had to be to work. Then luck struck, turns out he had a dinner right by my work with his folks. Anyways he came down to my work about 10 pm and I picked up a nice Haro Sport. The guy has it rigged up with mid school and new school parts but the frame, fork, pegs, stem, rotor, cranks are all original. He bought it in the 80's and added a peregrine freecoaster and 990 brakes. He did give me the rear nippon. After I bought he wanted to rip it up one more time and he hopped on and busted out a g turn. Sometimes meeting these kind of cool people makes you rember why you started doing this. I'm guessing the serial is on the dropout I haven't pulled her apart yet. Actually yesterday it was an incredible 65 degrees in Michigan so I hoppped on the bike and did my best attempt to flatland. It was pathetic but I had fun. Had to share this with you folks.

Looking for blue cycle pro 24 tires and a blue Cycle Pro seat clamp.

Remember....if everyone came to a bike show without a bike, it would just be a bunch of dudes standing around in a park...and that's just creepy! If you've got one, bring one. -Me
