Maybe I did miss the point? What if I already have a complete bike as it was built in 1982 and raced from 1982 to 1985? This is my baby, untouched, unrestored, a complete survivor with no changes in almost 30 years. Does this qualify for a survivor build off?

If not, should I assume that I need to take one of my other friends and build them up? I don't think I could do that with my NOS Hutchins as I want it to remain NOS.

yep it can be entered,  any hutch that hasnt won a recent build off can be entered, complete or not,  Most survivor bikes are complete,  The restore and open class bikes will be the bikes that are built for this build off, Most survivor bikes are already built,

I think you miss the point of a build-off.
I also think makaveli502, you need to clarify is this the comment thread? Or pre-submission or both? Just trying to help.

time for to get some pics ....

I was already starting to build three Hutches..two for my sons and one for me...now I need to get atleast one done with in the month!
