Dibs on a set of wheels , seller says pay him as a gift in say no, then he changes his mind , then delete his posts. Them say add 5 percent for PayPal . Are sellers like this nowadays

technically the seller can chose who the sell to, just like the buyer can chose who to buy from. just can require paid as gift thats the only thing against the rules here
