Mods, PLEASE leave this in Catchall since it's about Charity

On Saturday 11/10/12 we're doing a bunch of Charity Events during the tracks 25th Annual Veterans Day Race, and I need Regional help in a number of ways......

First off is the Toy and Food Drive to help local families in need. Many people have lost everything in the wake of the Storm, so we are asking people to please bring toys and food donations to try to make things better for many children and their parents

We are doing a Raffle for the Autumn Pasquale Memorial Fund, her Family will be in attendance at the Track that day and we are setting up a table for them. We are getting many prizes to be raffled off with all of the proceeds going to her fund. Member K Chez has designed a sticker the Family approved that says "Autumn BMX for Life", we will have those for sale at the track

We are also doing a BMX Swap Meet with all of the proceeds from that going to Charities

This is how anyone willing to can help us out.........

PM me for my Email if you have any local Bike Shops or Companies you know would be willing to donate prizes for Autumn's Raffle. I have a letter from the Family I can send to anyone looking to donate prizes

We will need some help on Saturday running the Swap and the Raffle

We also need help spreading the word, so if any of you are willing to post up flyers in your area or especially helping me post it on Craigslist throughout the MD, DE, NJ, PA, NY and CT regions in the bike section, hit me up and I can email you the flyer

We haven't been able to update it with the Storm Food Drive and Autumn's Raffle, but here it is:

I had a conference call with Autumn's Family the other night, and got to meet her mother last night and they are thankful for all of the outpouring from the Local BMX Community

We will have these stickers for sale on Saturday @ EHT BMX's Veteran's Day Race /Swap in memory of Autumn Pasquale.
The Pasquale Family will be in attendance at the Track for the Autumn Pasquale Memorial Fund Raffle. The stickers will be
$8 for a set of Two 3" and One 8" stickers, with all proceeds going to her Fund.
Special thanks to K Chez for creating and donating these for a good cause

ill be there with my daughter and friends. if u know anyone that wants an 86 diamond back hot streak its green and in good shape
if someone buys it there i will donate some of the money to Autums fund.

Wish I could make it, my son has hockey & I coach. Hope the turnout is better than the replies on this posting. Will there be a way to get a set of the stickers without being there sat.?

C4 Labs will be donating a Gift Certificate or two. If Chip can attend, we will have some other swag there too. Sorry we are way behind on this one. It was just brought to my attention tonight.

PRO PEDALS IN HAMMONTON donated some things. I will have them there in the morning i am trying to be there by 7 but i am not really a morning person

8am should be good to show up, the 7 time was set before and there's not as many vendors as we hoped for

I packed the van last night ready to hit the road this morning with my boy and got a call from Claims Adjuster about my shed, fence and roof that was damaged by Sandy. They're coming out around 1pm today to look at it. Don't think I'll be back in time
I still want to donate though. Was there an address made yet to send donations?

Anyone coming for the Swap........ When you get to the Park, drive straight back , don't turn left to the track.... Follow the road back till it bears left. You will see some concrete blocks on the left, turn left into the lot past the blocks
