I've got family in Hollis, Queens - and quite frankly you can go frank yourself.

We sell worldwide and while it is unfortunate that a storm has hit the NE united states, there are over 6 billion people on this planet and if we had to double check the misfortunate-o-meter every time we sent out a sale, we'd never put anything on sale.

How our sale could possibility be insensitive to people experiencing misfortunate, I have no idea, but maybe you should dedicate a bit more of your pathetic life to helping them.

Yeah the dude runs a business. Everything in the world doesn't have to be about the hurricane get real! it's unfortunate and yes I donated money and I live in a state that was affected not badly but still involved. In my dealings Justin is a good guy I would have told you the same it's just a sale. Hey Coke is on sale at my local grocery store are they insensitive does it have to be 20% off Come Hurricane Sandy relief sale? Get a grip dude!

To me, yes, his sale has nothing to do with the hurricane and i'm not sure exactly what you are getting at here, whether it was you being offended by his sale e-mail or you e-mailed expecting/asking him to do something?
BUT...
That is certainly no way to talk to anyone... customer or not. Unbelievably rude and insensitive.
Much easier to send a friendly no or whatever.

+1 WTF does a BMX website having a sale have to do with Hurricane Sandy? Are you listening to yourself at all? Yes it's unfortunate what has happened to so many people. But his reply to you was right on. Do you plan on telling the Entire sales world who is about to gear up for BLACK FRIDAY that they should not do it because there was a Hurricane Up North? My god, I guess they should stop Christmas and all sales over the holidays if they do not do it with dedicated sympathy to hurricane victims. Get a life bro.
