'86 expert, winter project
Got my new winter project in the mail today!
Got a few more parts to gather up, a lot of cleaning and a paint job to do

Think I might just go back with that platinum gray.. I'm not sure if it would be right to go with any other color than original with an 80's bike? Or maybe I'm just too scared to experiment

I bought it from a woman in FL for the wheels and brakes to use on my '84 Expert and sold the rest... dude that bought it was from KC-MO.

Are you also going to use the Imperial sprocket, or just those cranks? One of the motomag-type sprockets would look really sharp, too.
Build looks great so far!

If the sprocket that's on there is the imperial sprocket of which you speak, then yes. That was my intention. I have an all black bb that I can use to switch out those silver cups.
I have another sprocket that looks just like that one except its all black, now I know what to call it I guess!
