I've seen a lot of people seeking or buying different flash caps,kool caps for there skyway tuffs.
I have tried a few and found these the best for skyway tuffs.
They are a two piece machined alloy and washer per side for the front wheel hiding the hub carrier.
Set includes four flanges,two machined sleeves to go over the hub carrier and two washers.

Others use stickers to cover or dont cover at all,others you have to modify the wheel in order to get them over the hub carrier.

These ones fit with ease and look the part too.
Just thought id share cause ive lost count on how many people want good flash caps and these are made to order in the USA
Few examples.

where do i score this type? ive run the maiden type. but definetly like these due to the hub being covered.
is gold available.

The guys name is Drew and he goes by Chunkstyle on the Museum. His FlashCaps are the best. They are made in Michigan Keith. Good guy.

He dose do colors but are painted not anodized.Last time i spoke to him he said he was looking into possible anodizing.
Some of the colors he can do are very cool with a hardened clear coat which makes them pretty durable.
The gold he dose is a better match to the 80s graphite's as today's ones are more orange but if you were doing gold flash caps onto standard tuffs they would look killer.

I have been in contact with Drew in the past month.
I am assisting him in making them for the 24" Skyway's.
I will update this thread as info becomes available.

I'm running them on my Tuffs. I pmed him (chunkstyle) here
on the museum, and it took a little while for him to respond.
I recommend these, they look great. Installation is a bit tedious,
but the end result was aesthetically close to the old alloy hubs.

I tried getting ahold of Drew (Chunkstyle)
Here is an old resto thread to check out when he was working on them.
Maybe some more feedback on the 5 vs 7 spoke flange for 24's would be cool.
