If you're gonna store it long term, I'd seriously recommend that you diss-mount the tires during storage.
Because if they're not cracked up already, they could get that way from the weight of the bike resting on them over the next 20 years.

Great looking bike! I'm sure it's more like put in under the bed in the bedroom (as opposed to the attic) and hope the wife doesn't notice. You want that NOS bike to live in a nice temperature controlled environment.

Nick, it was great to meet with you in person the other day. I will keep you posted about our move.
This was a totally cool bike to see up close. I can't believe these guys sugesting you part this one. That would be insane! How many of these are out there like this? This might be the only one. I would air the tires enough to keep shape and never take anything apart. This bike has never been messed with since it came from the factory. I wouldn't start now.
