I had the same frame set. I got it from Wheels-N-Things. They called the bike BP for Big Profile. I still have the invoice. Said it was designed for Doug Olson. Here is a pic of me riding mine BITD. Loved the bike , not sure why I switched to a Quadangle probably just bored.
Thanks for sharing yours. It is the only one Ive seen besides my own.
