1997 S&M Challenger XL

I raced BMX from 1976 to 2001 old to mid school and you can't beat the geometry of a mid school bike. This was my last race bike before retirement.

Re: 1997 S&M Challenger XL

Very nice bike.  Here's a ton of information about these Challenger frames: (http://bmxmuseum.com/reference/3564).

I still ride one... and I haven't found a single person who doesn't feel comfortable on my bike after trying it out cool .  Personally, I think most new-school bikes feel squirrely and twitchy (steeper head tubes, lower bottom brackets, shorter rear ends, etc.), but the Challenger frames just feel right.

I have several mid-school BMX catalogs and magazines on my Issuu Page  -------->  issuu.com/pharv85/docs
Check out some parts that I've researched and learn something new:  http://bmxmuseum.com/reference/user/55510/

I love riding trails!  Here are some brands that I endorse.
