1977 Cycle Pro Foiler
1977 Cycle Pro Foiler
1977 Foiler
Very excited about getting this frame and a huge thanks to "Jeremy" for letting it go. Having doen my research it appears that this frame was sold in early 1978 to Steve Richmond, Steve purchased the frame from The Portland Bike Gallery where he went on to race it for a short time.

Re: 1977 Cycle Pro Foiler
Hay there Kungfunky, I've got one built up Foiler, the blue one fully restored/built on this page and have another frame I picked up and have been trying to decide how to treat the frame. I'm loving yours. Is it polished up raw aluminum or is it dipped in chrome? Hope ya have an easier time finding a 13/16" post than I did. I had to order a 7/8 SE Racing post and take it to a machinest and have them grind it down to fit and than had the thing anodized at another shop to match the color scheme. It took me over a year to find the NOS pieces for the build and pulled some from Europe. The whole thing cost about $1000.00 to do. Worth every cent but looking forward to putting another one together. Blows me away each time I see the thing sitting in the garage. I used to race one back in the day. Have fun dude. Stunning frame!

Re: 1977 Cycle Pro Foiler
If it was bought at the Bike Gallery in Portland Oregon in the late 70s-80s - it most likely had this decal on it!
