Have had this for awhile...
Bought the frame 10 years ago. It had never been built. Chrome is kinda pitted... must not be very good chrome, but this is a blast to ride. Might resto-mod this. Been thinking about paiting it and leaving the stays, dropouts and head chrome.
I build what I like. I am not into restoring everything... some things need to be custom. I live by my own criteria, not yours. If that is something that bothers you, feel free to leave me alone.
