JP parts guy...

Just letting everyone know that this bcbfred/jpbmxoskul/Fred Dennis guy is back to his usually crap. My payment cleared Saturday, now that the money is there in his account all commnication has stopped. Waited 7 days to recieve any kind of email but he refuses to reply, now a paypal claim has been opened to get my money back.

If anyone else is bout to send him money don't do it, bad seller with abslute zero business sence. Way to do a man on his first buy off this site, should have listened to my gut feeling after reading his shady actions here: http://bmxmuseum.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=299274 and also here: http://bmxmuseum.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=277911

Why does this guy get to keep selling here if he is nothing but a hassle? (if this is the wrong place then please move it admin)

Haha give it up man. This is just gonna get locked like the other. It sucks but it could always be sorse. It's not like your out $4,000 like some other guy here recently. Polish them out and move on. Go ride a bike. It always takes away the frustartions of life big_smile

Re: JP parts guy...

Honestly he's a good guy. I'm sure you will get your stuff. He opened his house to myself and a few friends and gave us some really good deals on stuff. I don't think he is scamming you. You have been a member since July with 25 posts and you are saying he is up to his usual crap? Explain how that makes sense?

Filing a paypal claim after 1 week is too soon.

Chill out dude it's only been a week. You may be barking up the wrong tree posting something the soon

Re: JP parts guy...

We just had a holiday last weekend, hell I was late on shipping out some stuff myself, between baby, wife new bmw... LIFE happens but a PP claim after a week of not getting something is retarded.

(note to self) Don't ever sell to OP

Granted the guy hasn't made the best impression from the other threads, you should save your callouts till either A: you haven't gotten your stuff in two-three weeks or B: You got something totally different that what you were sold.

The Admins around here are very active in helping buyers and sellers. If you're not sure about something PM an admin, they're here to help.

Re: JP parts guy...

I realize it's soon guy's but after reading about how he's done other people on here i got cold feet. No offence to anyone but usually when i purchase something i get a traking number/confirmation and they actually ship it, we all have lives outside of this forum. When i agree to do something, i do it, that's all.

Just letting the record be known is my only point. If you're gonna lolly-gag around and drag you're feet just let me know cause i can handle that. I'm not an unreasonable person at all.

Re: JP parts guy...

I've done business with Fred, and although it took a bit longer to get my items than anticipated, I did my part to make sure that communication was both direct and polite.  In the end, Fred ended up throwing in some valuable extras for free.  Persistence pays off, but so do patience, understanding, and being nice to folks.

I've had my share of TK decks...I am however an obsessive disciple of Jason Jessee , and besides Julien Stranger , most of what I have left is all JJ .

Re: JP parts guy...

I have had very positive dealings with Fred. He has really hooked me up in the past and even went out of his way to ship some stuff I needed in a hurry for a show that I was attending earlier this year.   I'd give it a few days.
