THIS -NOS- STING BELONGS TO MY FRIEND SAMMY. HE OWNS A SCHWINN SHOP BY ME. I JUST GOT HIM ON THIS SITE SO LOOK OUT FOR MR.SCHWINN...HE HAS AN AWESOME COLLECTION. (MOSTLY KRATES) I FORGOT 2 CHECK THE DATE BUT IT'S ALL ORIG. DOWN TO THE BROCHURE STILL HANGING ON THE BARS...HE HAS EVERY COLOR STING NOS (NOT FOR SALE)...

That is gorgeous. Even looks like it was well brazed (some of the later brazing on the 79-82 sting has less smooth and sort of gloopy brazing when they were banging them out and didn't have the oldtimers welding them)
They did an amazing job painting them. Mine has been a rider/beater for over 25 years and the paint still looks great.
Enjoy gazing at it 
I know I did BITD.
Seriously considering a torker/redline midlife crisis project ^_^
