DC Fall Ride 10/7/12

Ok who's ready for a DC fall ride October 7, 2012 ? We wil meet at Gravelly Point Park, Arlington Va. 22202 right off the GW parkway. There's not a physical address and it's a bit of a pain in the ass to get to but it's a great spot to meet! We will meet between 10-12 am and hopefully roll out around 12:30. Feel free to bring stuff to swap or sell before the ride! The base route will be under this text but maybe break off and hit some new spots this time , China Town, Georgetown, where ever the group is good to go would like to ride a bit more this time. The base route is 8 miles with rest in between a pretty easy ride even if we add some miles. Ride what ever you want as long as it's in good working order and try to keep it BMX.
Hope to see all of you out there!

Man, I haven't done shirts (except on-offs) since silk-screening in highschool. No way I can produce em.
I do have cash though and would buy an extra large. I like the colours you had from the last design.
On the bike party ride, muscle wise I was good-to-go the next day, but horribly dehydrated. That whole needing to pee at the start and then not really drinking screwed me. I drank 20 glasses of water the next day, no joke. Just like in Zombieland I need to "cardio-cardio-cardio"
That reminds me, I need to re-buy my wide angle lens before another ride. DOH!
Seriously, if someone makes some shirts I'm in for an XL. In a worse case I'll knock one off in a freezer paper stencil.

I do have all the part but that is my 2014 rider my Redline is going to be my 2013 rider. I'm going to just build a new rider every winter then ride the shit out of it. The Quad is definitely ready for a break. I've put over 300 miles on that bike this season and never intended to ride it as hard as I have.

I think that holding this ride only 1 week after the big Philly ride may hurt attendance.
With that being said.... I'll most likely be there.

Re: DC Fall Ride 10/7/12
I'm so bummed that I can't make it to the Philly Ride.
I posted about this ride over on the Vintage site this morning. I don't expect it to help much, but figured it couldn't hurt.
I'm really surprised there aren't more people in this area interested in this type of event. It has me thinking about moving up north.

Ya, Larry is the Photo Master!
..... At an attempt at trying my hand at some video, I saw this new little video gizmo on TV the other night I'm going to order, it's called the Action Shot. It's a mini cam that you can stick on your bike , helmet, hands, whatever... Looked pretty cool.
