The Hill BMX 2nd Annual Oldschool Shootout:

The Hill BMX track is hosting a oldschool track day. So come out for the RAD RIDE bike show. Also make sure to clean out your basement, garage and stash spots. To bring your unused bikes, and bike components to our SWAPPING GROUNDS. Race did someone say RACE. Amongst our normal race schedule. We will be hosting the 2nd Annual OLDSCHOOL SHOOTOUT. So keep September 15 open, and get ready for a fun filled family day. At THE HILL BMX TRACK in Elgin, IL

Date & Times:

September 15(Saturday)
Event 10:00am
Set-Up: 8-9:30am

RAD RIDE: bike show:

There will be 5 classes in the Rad Ride bike show. Best 70's
80's, New School(90s an up), Cruiser and overall. Entry is free and trophies will be awarded
after that days races.

Swapping Grounds: swap meet:

There will be a designated area for those of you that would
like to set up a swapping station. Stations are provided to
everyone free of charge. Spaces are limited so first come
first serve, or please contact us to about RSVP a station no
chairs, tables, or stands are available. We ask that you bring
your own. Thank You!

***This year we are offering 12 Premium Swap Stations***
they are up front, and next to the bike show coral. With
easy access to all the track amenities. it is $5 to reserve
one of these premium spots(proceeds go to the Special Needs
Special Children bike program)

Oldschool Shootout: races:

Everyone participating in the Oldschool shootout will need to
sign-up for a free one day racing license(track fee still applies to single point races).
The shootouts will be age, and bike classed. Bikes must meet our requirements.
Which are:
1: 1inch headsets
2: platform style pedals(no-clips)
3: no V brakes all rules will be enforced
***(no exceptions)***

Raffle: fundraiser

The Special Needs Special Children Bike Program: Will have the honor of celebrating our 2nd year anniversary of serving the local bmx community. So to commemorate this historic event we will be having a raffle to help raise funds for the programs Holiday Bike Give Away. We have some big name sponsors, and supporters on board to help make this a fun, and enjoyable event.

Raffle Tickets, will be $5.00(5 for 20) a ticket...There will be two raffles. One will be a 50/50 and the other a sponsored prize raffle. The raffle is being held, and hosted by Special Needs Special Children bike program. All proceeds will go to help the bike program(except for half of the 50/50 raffle).

You must be present to claim your prize, and we are not responsable for lost or stolen tickets.

This is a list of sponsors, and supporters, that helped to make this raffle posible.

Good friend and supporter of the program, Chuck(pwrdxcfn) drop this into the raffle on Saturday at the track. It's a Never Been Built 2003 Supercross Devo Pro frame.(good lookin Chuck)

No 20" for me to ride, my kids have claimed them all.

I could race my retro Holmes. It qualifies under the rules, but it's hardly old school.

I do have my daughter's '84 Quad I could tweek, but I know I will flex that chain right off that thing coming out of the gate.

The official events logo is in, and t-shirts will be available this year. Shirts will be $10 and there first come first serve. You can pre-order if you like just let me know, and i'll add your name to the list.

Looking to have a Sidehack Pro-Am working on a cash prize, or just have a pay-in. If you or someone you know has a sidehack. Invite or bring them out it will be worth your while.
