1998 Fishbone Big Ass

Built like a tank and then some!

Got the frame NOS, and some extra parts from Wired here, and tracked down mostly all-NOS parts for this build. Then did the build up with some change-outs the way I'd like to have it done. Hope you like how it turned out.

The full build progress can be seen here http://bmxmuseum.com/forums/viewtopic.p … 86&p=1

Re: 1998 Fishbone Big Ass

Here's just a note to announce that Genix's Big Ass was the overall winner of the "Bike of the Show" award at the Old School BMX Reunion – South Africa 2012 event held on 1 Dec 2012. Its just such a great bike to see in real. The most common comments from viewers about the bike was, "I just can't stop looking at it", or the reaction like... "Bruuuu!!!! What an awesome bike!!!!!"

NEEDED: Hutch magnesium rear hub; Suntour High Flange rear black hub; Front black Sunshine Gyromaster hub

Keep it rad bru!!!!
