Seriously though. My 2008 Power Series 24" is super light and I can flat out fly on it.
It also depends o if you are talking quick[in a short sprint] or fast[long top end speed].Gearing means a lot in these completely different actions.

Bugzy, I'd like to see a picture of that RRS of yours. I agree the RRS 24 is the cruiser that most rides like a 20 inch bike. My favorite bike as to ride as a kid was a PK Ripper. I really like the feel of the aluminum frames. Probably the best out of the box complete bike I have is the 95-98 era GT Speed Series bikes, that's my go to bike when I want to take a long ride on a BMX bike.

No I don't have my original PK, I traded it for some parts. However, I did build a replacement a couple years ago that's in even nicer shape than my old one.
Your RRS is cool, there don't seem to be many of them out there. I remember seeing the RRS advertised in magazines back in the day and wishing I had one. They were a real innovative frame and fork at the time. I was interested to see yours because from your description it's very similar to one I have. I have mine posted here under my bikes. It'd be cool if you'd post yours up for reference, too. ![]()

My elf 1988 doublebutted pro I still take to the track time to time. I won many races and national races with this set up.

It's a tie for my old school bikes between my 87 Robinson and my Champ Pro. However, my mid school S&M Challenger is much more confidence inspiring than either of those at high speed.
