switched it to 9/1 see the first post! Traffic wuld be crazy coming back on Sun, and looks like the Track will work with us

. I'm working with Tom to possibly set up a Giant BMX Swap Meet @ EHT BMX on Nov 3 in conjunction with the Toys for Tots event @ the Track. Working things out this week

got the possibility of a HUGE open to the Public BMX Swap Meet @ EHT BMX on 11/3/12 as part of their Toys for Tots fundraiser/ last race of the year I'll make a post on that as soon as the deal is done

I'm still working out small details for 9/1, but it's a GO

Ok, so here's the deal................. There will be no racing that day due to there being a National that weekend. They will however open the Track up for practice that day with the gate working and all
You will be able to ride the Track before practice starts. For the Practice, it will be a $1 fee that goes to the Track. Basically we can stage our own fun races/ grudge matches and line up on the starting gate with the gate dropping during practice. So have your **** talking skills ready, but be prepared to back it up on the Track

I'm awaiting the time that practice will start and will post that as soon as I get it. I was informed there will be clean bathrooms available to us during the practice session

You need to have a long sleeve shirt or Jersey (3/4 sleeves are permitted w elbow pads) , long pants OR shorts (they need to be knee length) as long as you wear knee/shin guards that cover your knees and all of your shins and a helmet with permanent chin strap. I'd recommend a full face if you have it, if not, make sure to have a mouth guard on it

IMPORTANT! I need everyone to chime in as to what time they plan on getting there?? The track is willing to start practice based on us Would you guys rather have practice starting @ noon or later?
We're still meeting @ 10am and doing the swap.

Seriously?? Is anyone else gonna come out? I PM'd a ton of people and only got 2 responses???
If only a few people are going to come I'm not going to ask the Track to run practice for us if there's only a dozen people. We will still do the day at the track and hang out and have fun though
