Keep both the JMC and kuwi..the rest are easy to find and you can find them on here almost everyday if you ever decide to build one again
These and the XL24 and Quad. They will not be easy to replace either.

I remember Randy Street...he was one of the dudes I watched as a wobbly novice, hoping to someday ride like him.

I'd keep the Vector for sure. It was made here and should stay here. I'd probably swap the bars though. Then the Kuwi and Quad. I'd also probably swap out a few parts to make sure I had the best on my keepers. Maybe keep the XL24 so you'll have a cruiser, but that's a big chunk on change in one package.
Oh and nice bell on the Hutch. ![]()

Re: I need to downsize and can't decide what to keep, HELP!
I'm surprised some of you guys like that Vector with that wretched seat post, it had a fluted Haro layback but there was a WTB for one a few weeks ago and I gave it up. I sold my JMC layback the same week for my JMC Short.
SOOOOO....I think the consensus is keep the Hutch, Vector, Kuwi, Thruster, JMC's and SE's? Aw man, I'm lost.
I appreciate all the compliments about my bikes, I don't think there has been one negative post on my thread.
You guys are awesome.

made a small change to the Redline today, mainly because the freecoaster was slipping and I don't know how to fix it.

Re: I need to downsize and can't decide what to keep, HELP!
Hutch, quad and the Thruster if it were me........
BUT....trimming down is a good thing if you think you should. Far too many people feel this way and just keep going. All that does is take away from the value of what you have as far as fun goes. Then it just turns into one after another after another. I say make a list and weed out 2 or 3 maybe...........knock off at least 2 and see what happens. Maybe knock off 3 and reinvest some money into what you have, maybe some old school cranks.........maybe some pedals you feel 1 of them might be missing. Get your stable to your managable number. No need to drop 6 of 9 and have regrets. Once gone, you dont want to kick yourself in the a$$ for thinning too much, too fast.
I say lose 2 or 3 and contunue pursuit of absolute perfection on the remaining bikes. That is unless you feel that has already been obtained! Quality over quantity!
Nice collection BTW..........

Thanks for all the input, I just bought another car which is my motivation for trimming down. Now I got to figure out the keepers and put prices on the others which is difficult for me to do as I like them do much.

Nice rides
Trade the hutch up for a Jmc cruiser
keep the E racer but fix it up with some parts off the other bikes
and the pk is a keeper…but a turf neck stem please.
The others would be hard losses for sure.
So what kind of ride you thinking of getting?
Looking for a Webco rear mag in a bad way.
